Q: What is Breezo Library?
A: Breezo is a home-based lending library designed to encourage reading among children and adults. We offer a curated collection of books to minimize screen time and foster a love for reading.

Q: Who can join the library?
A: Anyone who loves books! We welcome kids, parents, and book lovers of all ages.

Q: How can I become a member?
A: Visit our Home page, to access the appropriate link for becoming a member. We will add you in our WhatsApp group for regular updates and notifications.

Q: How can I make the payment?
A: Visit the "Membership Details" page for payment instructions. If there are any issues, please email us at breezolib@gmail.com.

Q: How do I borrow a book?

A: Visit our Home page, to access the appropriate link to place hold request. The books will be available for pick-up at our doorstep during our working hours. For special requests, ping us on WhatsApp.

Q: How can I renew a book?

A. You can renew your book by sending message through WhatsApp.

Q: How does membership renewals work?

A: We will send you a reminder every month, 2-3 days before your current expiry date through WhatsApp. 

Q: Can I request books that are not in your collection?
A: Yes! We welcome recommendations and will try to add popular requests to our collection. Visit our Home page, to access the appropriate link for special requests.

Q: What are the days and timings to collect or return a book?

A.  We are available Monday to Friday (10 am-1 pm) and (4 pm-8 pm) and on Saturday (10am-1pm).

Q: Can I donate books to your library?

A: Yes, We will be happy to accept donations and as a token of gratitude, we plan to offer small gifts, free membership for a month, bookmarks or personalized thank-you notes depending on the number of books donated.
