1. Who we are
Breezo ("we", "us") operates www.breezo.co.in and provides air purifier rental services in Delhi NCR. This policy applies to information collected through our website, checkout process, and customer support channels.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount automatically:
- Contact details — name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and locality/city, provided when you request a rental or leave a callback request.
- Order details — plan selected, rental term, payment method chosen, and installation preferences.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials on our own servers; Razorpay shares with us only the payment status, amount, and a transaction reference.
- Communications — records of calls, emails, or messages you send our support team, kept for service quality and dispute resolution.
- Technical data — standard web log data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule delivery, installation, filter changes and servicing visits.
- To process payments and security deposits.
- To send order confirmations, service reminders, and support responses.
- To respond to callback requests and pre-sales questions.
- To improve our website and rental experience.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
With your consent, we may also send offers or product updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting support@breezo.co.in.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- Delivery and installation partners/technicians, limited to the details needed to complete your installation (name, address, phone number).
- Service providers who help us run the business (e.g. hosting, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, customer support tools), under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; Breezo never has access to your full card or bank details.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal and order information for as long as your rental is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements, or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of information we are not legally required to keep — see Section 7.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or outdated details.
- Delete your information, once there is no active rental or legal requirement to retain it.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
To exercise any of these, email support@breezo.co.in from your registered email address. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies or similar local storage to remember your session (for example, your selected rental plan) and to understand basic site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of checkout may not work correctly without them.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
