Question 1

How does cancellation work, and is there a minimum rental term?

Accepted Answer

Every Breezo plan has a 3-month minimum term. Once you've completed 3 months, you can cancel anytime — just contact us and we'll schedule a free pickup of the unit. Rent already billed for the current month is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, but no further billing happens after cancellation. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Question 2

How does the security deposit work?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes a fully refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent for that plan — for example ₹499 on the 12-month plan. It's paid online at checkout to confirm your booking, and your first month's rent is then collected by the technician at installation. The deposit is refunded once the unit is collected back in normal working condition, minus any deduction for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Question 3

How does billing work after the first month?

Accepted Answer

Your first month's rent is collected by the technician at installation. There is no autopay or auto-debit mandate — each month after that, you receive a monthly invoice with a secure payment link, payable by UPI, card or any method our payment partner supports.

Question 4

What happens to the filters during my rental?

Accepted Answer

Filter replacements are included in every plan at no extra cost. The Breezo Core 300 has a built-in filter change indicator, so you don't need to track it yourself. When the indicator turns on, just let us know and we'll replace it as part of your subscription — we also proactively check your filter roughly every 3 months.

Question 5

What if I move house during my rental?

Accepted Answer

If your new address is still within our serviceable area — Delhi, Gurugram or Noida — we'll relocate your unit for free; just tell us your new address in advance so we can plan the move. If you're moving outside our serviceable area, you can end your rental through the standard cancellation process once your 3-month minimum term is complete.

Question 6

How quickly will my purifier be delivered and installed?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and professionally install your purifier within 3–5 days of your booking date, at no extra cost on any plan.

Question 7

Is maintenance and servicing included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All preventive maintenance and required servicing is included in your monthly rent throughout your subscription, on every plan.
